1. Why choose a holiday rental property?
All renters have different thoughts on why they prefer to rent a property for their holiday. We often find that most people are attracted by the value for money, freedom and privacy.

Value for money
Hotels can often work out to be quite expensive especially if you are traveling as a family or group. By booking a property directly from the owner you are often able to secure a deal that gives you fantastic value for money. The cost savings can be great often meaning that you can upgrade to a much better standard of accommodation or even consider a holiday somewhere that was previously unaffordable.

Freedom & Privacy
Staying in one of the properties registered with Greek Property Rentals allows you complete freedom to enjoy the Cottage, Vila or apartment as if it were your own. You are not tied to hotel time tables, dress codes giving you the ability to truly relax. Renting a property rather than staying in a hotel room means that you are not confined just to the bedroom if you wish to stay in, you can eat what you want and you can enjoy the outdoor areas in privacy.

2. What type of properties do you have?
We have limited, carefully selected properties. Our properties range in size, style and location. The properties are located in the upscale suburbs of Athens (Glyfada and Lagonisi) as well as rare traditional Greek Cottage in the Island of Evia.
