The apartment Is a 1 bedroom/studio, fully equipped, located at a convenient and quiet location, with many amenities around it and only 15 minutes drive from the nearest beach. The apartment has access to a large private balcony (50 sqm approximately) and also a private parking space can be supplied upon request. It is located on the top floor of a five-storey building. Within 3 minutes gentle walk of the house you can find the bus station for Athens, Piraeus and Glyfada main square. (There is transport every 3-5 minutes)

Glyfada  is the most cosmopolitan suburb of Athens. Only 15Klm. away from Syntagma Sq.(Athens center) and the Acropolis area. Glyfada is where one can have all kinds of leisure activities, the widest choice of Greek and International cuisine in the most sophisticated seaside restaurants, participate in a Golf Tournament. Glyfada has the most beautiful coastline with many marinas along with the swimming areas. Situated in an ideal location for traveling to the islands or to the main land - only half an hour's drive to the main seaports (Rafina and Piraeus) or to the airport. Ideal for daily excursions to Delphi, Epidaurus, ancient Corinth or Olympia - the birthplace of the Olympic Games.

Central Glyfada Is one of the most beautiful areas not only around Athens but of all Greece. Its coastline is full of spacious marinas where all Kinds of beautiful yachts anchor. The swimming areas have all the facilities and many of the water activities such as windsurfing, sailing and water skiing. Glyfada is fun to walk around, it has many beautiful shops with all the international brand names along with the wonderful villas and modern architecture buildings.

The Area. The apartment is located in the quiet residential part of Ano Glyfada, just 3-4 klm away from the vibrant and lively Glyfada central. Glyfada Central is where the golden coast of Greece starts, winding its way to cape Sounion where the temple of Poseidon overlooks the Aegean Sea. Having along swimming areas, marinas, tavernas where you can have the most delicious Greek and international dishes together with sailing boats that sail into the beautiful sunsets.

Golf Information 15 minutes drive from the apartment. The Glyfada Golf Course is the bigest, most organized and beautiful in Greece.
